The Basin

Just over the mountains of the Rannoch moors, the trees seemed thickest on the banks of the Vestavia reservoir. Acting as an "in-between" for the pack's borders, and the wild lands. Stumps and rich grass lead to the rocky edges of the water where ducks and small mammals fished and sunbathed on the large stones. An abundant source of fresh water and amphibians. Even deer visited often to graze on the luscious green. Vestavia was known for the landslide that had happened many years back, sloping down from one of the mountains and spilling in to the large river. The boulders acted as a dam to conceal the natural body of water, a bridge between Salvatore and the loner lands. Careful though, the rocks are slippery!
