In the center of the darkness, the walls have been carved in to priceless pieces of artwork that dazzle the adjusted eye all the way up to the ceiling. Intricate designs line the hollow crevices that have been dug out and worn with age, cushioned by soft moss and other such plants that have learned to survive in the dark, damp habitat beneath the surface. The stone is beginning to crumble, and the once perfect windows that lead in to the spacey depths look ancient and rittled with sharp pieces of rock that threaten any trespassers from entering. These house the creatures that have adapted to the shadows of the under ground, only once their eyes have adjusted permanently to the unscathed darkness, can they truly appreciate the beauty of their home.
